The Collection Shop has always come through. I have purchased several times from them when living in Michigan. Now that I'm in Texas, I'll continue to purchase figurines from them. As far as this order, it's a Christmas gift so until the receiptant opens the box, it remains securely sealed. If there is one note of suggestion for the Collection Shop, its ditch the static Styrofoam with non static.
