All credit card purchases must be made by the card holder and shipped to the billing address on the credit card. This is for the protection of the Card Holder and The Collection Shop in preventing fraudulent transactions.
Please understand that this is an internet credit card processing regulation to help ensure that the person making charges to a credit card is the actual cardholder.
You will also be contacted via telephone by one of our representative to confirm your order. The AVS (address verification) number on your credit card is required for all purchases. For Visa, Master Card and Discover it is the last three numbers located on the back of your credit card in the signature strip. For American Express it is four numbers located just above your credit card number. Payment options include VISA, MasterCard, Discover American Express, PayPal & AMAZON Payments. Your credit card and personal information are removed from our servers once your transaction has been processed. We strive to make your shopping experience with us a safe, secure and enjoyable one.
Alternate Shipping Address Regulation: If you would like your purchase to be shipping to an address which differs from the credit card's actual billing address, (for example your work address) you'll need to contact your credit card company to add the “Alternate Shipping Address” to the account. This is not changing the billing address, only adding another authorized shipping address to the account. If this alternate shipping address is NOT on file : Adding this address is an easy task. Simple call your credit card company using the 1-800 number from the back of your card and ask the bank to add this shipping address as an approved “alternate shipping address”. Once you have done this, please provide this information to the Collection Shop representative who calls to confirm your order. Failure to follow this policy will most likely significantly delay your order. This is for your protection and a requirement by our credit card processor. If we have any problems processing your card, we will contact you via phone or email. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not pass our internal fraud scoring methods.

All orders are processed and leave our store to your door step within 2 - 5 business days (Special Orders, Hand Enhaced and framed art can take up to 10 - 14 business days before shipping). If you would like it to be shipped the same day or have special requests, please call us and we will try to accommodate your request. Delivery times vary depending on your location, usually between 2 to 7 business days. Next day and Second Day service is also available for an additional charge upon request. Shipping charges include all handling and Insurance costs. We will ship Internationally and to Military Bases overseas.
Customers who require a signature on delivery of their item must request this at the time of order confirmation.

FREE 2 DAY SHIPPING
FREE 2 DAY SHIPPING is available for select items. This program offers FREE 2 Day shipping once your order has been processed and packed within 2 - 5 business days period. Instead of shipping your item on the regular FREE ground service, your order will be shipped via a 2 day method for a quicker delivery time at no additional cost to you.
This program does not apply to sale items, stretched or gallery wrapped art or framed art.
Express Shipping is available with three options.
Next Day Air Delivery - Once orders are processed they will be shipped the same or next business day for next day delivery.
Second Day Air Delivery - Once orders are processed they will be shipped the same or next business day for 2 day delivery.
Three Day Ground Delivery - Once orders are processed they will be shipped the same or next business day for 3 day delivery.

ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING ADDRESS
An Alternative ship to address can be established if you wish. In some cases you may have to contact your credit card issuer and add an "Alternative Shipping Address" that can be verified by a merchant such as The Collection Shop. This is an address that allows us upon authorization by the credit card Company to ship to a different address than the registered billing address. This address must be verifiable in order for us to ship your order.
FREE SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS
Apply to retired items, orders with combined in-stock merchandise and Pre-orders, back orders or out of stock items and special requests. These items will be calculated for shipping separately. In some cases, modifications to an eligible order including, but not limited to, payment processing, cancellations, substitutions, or other preferences may affect the free shipping offer. This Offer is subject to change.
The actual shipping charges will not be displayed during the ordering process. After your order has been completed, you will be contacted by email or telephone by one of our staff members with your total shipping and insurance charges if applicable.

We offer International shipping to all countries. We have negotiated very attractive rates with our shipping partner, Fedex CrossBorder to make it affordable to ship your orders to your country. The Collection Shop ships products within the United States, Canada and Internationally. We have engaged a partnership with United Parcel Service (UPS) to deliver our products to you safely, quickly and insured. We provide you with tracking numbers at the end of each business day so you may see where and when your item(s) will be delivered.

Orders are shipped via U.S. MAIL priority service. All orders are confirmed before being processed and are shipped fully insured.

Layaways are a courtesy offered to our customers by The Collection Shop. Purchases of Current Release items totaling $200.00 or more are eligible for Layaway. Some Retired, Sold Out and all Weekly special items do not qualify for Layaway.
Layaways are paid in 3 equal payments over 60 days with a minimum deposit of 33% of total layaway, with 2 remaining equal payments over the next 60 days. Tax and shipping will be added to final payment if applicable. The second automatic payment of 33 % of the total sale will be processed on the credit card that was used at the time of order on the 30th day following the first payment, then a final payment of the last 33% on the following 30th day which constitutes the final payment of the layaway order. There can be no exceptions to the automatic payment method. There is no penalty to pay off your Layaway before the final due date. Item(s) must be paid in full to remove it from layaway.
Cancellation of layaway will result in a loss of your initial deposit.
Once layaway item(s) are paid in full they will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. The Collection Shop reserves the right to cancel any layaway and retain the initial deposit as a restocking fee of the total sale if credit cards are declined when payment is due on every 30th day. A refund of any payments, less the deposit restocking charge of the total sale, will be credited back to the customer's credit card that was initially used. Layaway's on Original Art Work cannot be cancelled. There are no exceptions to this rule. A complete breakdown of your pre-scheduled payments will be displayed on your shopping cart screen as well as your confirmation screen and will be included in your email confirmation.

Pre Orders & Cancellations
Pre-order are taken on items that have yet to be releases. These items have a release date approximated by the manufacturer. In preparation for pre-orders we require the full information including credit card information. Pre orders are processed at the time the order is placed by the customer. In addition, items for orders with multiple pre-orders, requiring
2 or more deliveries are held to ship complete to avoid a shipping surcharge. A customer may request to have items shipped partially, at additional shipping charges. It is important to note that the approximated release date and delivery date indicated on the website is based on the manufacturer's estimate. Release dates can be earlier or later than estimated. In such an instance we will update the estimated arrival date so that you are informed and prepared for your order to arrive.
Should you wish to cancel an order, just reply to your automatic email notification confirmation with please cancel. If possible state the reason or you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If we process the order without written notification prior to our processing the order, it will be considered a valid sale and subject to our terms as outlined on this page including restocking fees and shipping costs.
All Special Orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee once the order has been confirmed and processed by a sales representative. This applies to all Art & Collectibles Lines. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Damaged items must be reported the same day of receipt to gain insured compensation. If merchandise arrives damaged save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify The Collection Shop and UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of the damaged merchandise. Do not return merchandise to The Collection Shop if it was damaged in transit, as a claim cannot be made by us. It must be made by the receiver.
Non damaged returns must be reported within 2 days of receipt for a full store credit towards the purchase of another item, less shipping charges. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, less shipping charges. Return the item in its original packaging and original box along with a copy of your Sales Receipt and all item documentation including (registration cards, certificates and COA)
To return packages please contact us at 1-800-206-3715 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Packages returned with no RMA and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused on receipt. All return items must include original packaging and documentation. Shipping charges are not refundable.
