LAYAWAY POLICY

Layaways are a courtesy offered to our customers by The Collection Shop. Purchases of Current Release items totaling $300.00 or more are eligible for Layaway.

Framed Art, Some Retired, Sold Out and all Weekly special items do not qualify for Layaway.

Layaways are paid in 3 equal payments over 60 days with a minimum deposit of 33% of total layaway, with 2 remaining equal payments over the next 60 days.

Tax and shipping will be added to final payment if applicable.

The second automatic payment of 33 % of the total sale will be processed on the credit card that was used at the time of order on the 30th day following the first payment,

then a final payment of the last 33% on the following 30th day which constitutes the final payment of the layaway order.

There can be no exceptions to the automatic payment method. There is no penalty to pay off your Layaway before the final due date. Item(s) must be paid in full

to remove it from layaway. Cancellation of layaway will result in a loss of your initial deposit.

Once layaway item(s) are paid in full they will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.

The Collection Shop reserves the right to cancel any layaway and retain the initial deposit as a restocking fee

of the total sale if credit cards are declined when payment is due on every 30th day.

A refund of any payments, less the deposit restocking charge of the total sale, will be credited back to the customer's credit card that was initially used.

Layaway's on Original Art Work, Special Orders, Sculptures to be cast, waiting for Artist Signature and Framed art work cannot be cancelled.

There are no exceptions to this rule.

A complete breakdown of your pre-scheduled payments will be displayed on your shopping cart screen

as well as your confirmation screen and will be included in your email confirmation.

NOTES: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Join us at The Thomas Kinkade Studios as we revisit this tale of an imperiled princess and her seven delightful and dedicated protectors. We worked hard to capture all of the major background elements of the film, from the Prince's castle to the cozy cottage to the jeweled mine. Further, we poured ourselves into capturing the personalities of each of the Seven Dwarfs as well as portraying the Queen in the form of the Witch and Snow White herself. All added to the monumental complexity of the painted effort. Still, and without hesitation I can say that despite the number of artistic responsibilities, it was a joyous task to complete. For all those involved with the Thomas Kinkade Company, for my family and for Thom himself, I thank you all for sharing the light..
