About Bespin Battle Sculpture. Limited Edition

Set against the backdrop of the Galactic Civil War, the duel on Cloud City, in the planet Bespin, is one of the most iconic moments in the Star Wars saga. The fight culminates in the unforgettable moment when Darth Vader reveals his true identity: he is, in fact, Anakin Skywalker, Luke’s father.Arguably the most emblematic scene in Star Wars, it has been faithfully recreated in this porcelain sculpture. The passion, tension and energy of the fight are masterfully captured, and further enhanced by a decoration that respects every detail of the original characters. The look of determination on Luke’s face as well as Darth Vader’s unmistakable mask, armor and imposing cape, are all brought to life thanks to a combination of matte and glazed finishes in black tones. Each detail, from the costumes to the weapons, has been meticulously handcrafted, with lusters applied to add metallic effects. This unique piece is completed with the lightsabers, made in red and blue glass, which are attached to the sculpture with magnets. The wooden base includes a metal plaque that underscores its exclusiveness.A must-have creation for all fans of the saga, immortalizing in porcelain the greatest battle between the light and the dark sides of the Force

Lladro was founded in 1953 when Juan, Jose, and Vicente, three brothers born of local farmers and endowed with great artistic talent, formed a small family company in the Valencian village of Almacera, Spain. Since then, Lladro has undergone an amazing metamorphosis from an artisan workshop to a huge firm of international scope enjoying continual growth. The company management has remained in the hands of the Lladro family, the owners of the firm, since its inception. The creative team started out by adapting styles from past eras, but it was not long before certain characteristics appeared that would soon shape what was to become the unique Lladro style.
