A gentle sense of springtime lingers in this Parisian street scene—pink blossoms dust the pavement and reflect in the wet plaza, softening the architecture with a cheerful, almost cinematic glow. The serigraph’s careful line work gives each storefront a distinct personality: a striped awning and warmly lit windows suggest small cafés and patisseries, while lettering and painted adverts on the façades add a touch of old-world charm. In the middle distance the domed church rises like a quiet anchor, its pale silhouette set against a cool, early-evening sky and a pale moon, which together lend the scene a calm, contemplative mood. Tables left ready for customers reinforce a paused, promising moment—time has slowed but warmth remains. Overall, the piece feels like a personal postcard from Paris, warm with atmosphere and the small pleasures of everyday urban life.
