It then continued in 2000 with the Rite Of Passage, depicting the old man passing his staff, which represents knowledge and heritage, to a youth who will now take on his adult responsibilities...

"I always knew I wanted to create Ebony Visions'. As an artist who happens to be black, I had distinct ideas about what I would like to see in the line."
