Body and Soul is an original etching based on the song made famous by Coleman Hawkins. This etching was created using several techniques that include dry point, aquatint, and hard ground etching. Body and soul was hand pulled and printed on Rives BFK paper in an edition of 75 prints and 15 artist’s proofs. The image is 8x10, and the paper is 15x17

Artist Bio: For Keith Mallett painting is a spiritual journey. It is a journey that started in childhood and continues to this day. Keith has worked as a painter, etcher and ceramic artist. His subject matter ranges from figurative to still life and abstracts. Born in Pennsylvania in 1948, Keith studied painting at the Art Students League and Hunter College in New York City and LA Valley College in Los Angeles. His work has been exhibited around the world and is in corporate and private collections. His paintings have appeared in films and television shows. A number of books and magazines have featured his art. A partial list of Keith’s clients include: Random House, Lenox China, Franklin Mint, New York Graphic Society, Springs Industries, and Canadian Art Prints.
