The Collection Shop Price Match Program

• The Collection Shop will match the published price of any Authorized Dealer.
  (restrictions apply*)

• Orders must be placed Online and then Price Match will occur on the confirmation of your order by one of our gallery representatives.
  
  
• *Price Match Exclusions and Rules:

• Price Match is only applicable on items that state 'PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE'
  
• Additional discounts, layaway, promotions, and free shipping offers from The Collection Shop can not be used on price matched orders.
  
• Price Match will only be applicable to items that are currently available from the Publisher, Artist or Manufacturer of the Art work shown on this website.
  
• Price Match will not be applicable on Retired, Sold Out, Pre- Orders, Special Orders and Limited Quantity items.
  
• Merchandise must be offered by a reputable U.S. company which is Authorization to sell the item in question. The Publisher, Artist or Manufacturer of the Art being Price Matched will be contacted to confirm their authorization.
  
• The items that are price matched must be identical.
  
• We do not price match internet auctions, closeout sales, clearance, overstocked, going out of business, typo errors on websites or manufacturer/wholesale prices.
  
• Once the order has been processed we can not adjust the price. If an order is cancelled due to a Price Match not being accepted after processing there will be a 5% administration fee charged to your credit card. If the order is cancelled before it has been processed there is no penalty.
  
• The Collection Shop reserves the right not to price match an item if we are unable to fully confirm the Authenticity of the website, merchant and pricing being presented to be Price Matched.
  
• The Collection Shop reserves the right to change this policy at any time, without notice.
  

Pricing Policy
The Collection Shop has the right to refuse or cancel orders involving incorrectly posted prices, or price typos, on thecollectionshop.com. The Collection Shop cannot honor orders with prices that are mistakenly listed on its Web site. We apologize in advance for possible errors on our part, and will make all efforts to ensure correct pricing.
